For the past few months, I had been pushing for the soft launch at the Double Bridge Run in Pensacola alongside Fleet Feet. I never gave up and I went for it as Shredder Cheddar always does, and had the product ready to go for the race expo. I showed up with a 100 Shredder Cheddar stick packs, and I sold out within a few hours. After selling out I had to go back to the kitchen for production, and make more Shredder Cheddar for the post-race party. At the party I was educating customers on Shredder Cheddar, then making an easy sale. I sold out of another batch of Shredder Cheddar there too. I was very happy with the success at my soft launch weekend. I am enjoying getting in front of the customers to share my story and educate them on Shredder Cheddar on how it is easy on your gut and is a savory choice..
The co-packers and I are continuing the conversation to set ourselves up for production. We are hopeful that these next few months will lead to scaling-up production. Until then I will continue to produce on a small batches and sell directly to consumers. You can expect to see Shredder Cheddar at local races, expos and on my website in the near future.
If you are interested in investing in Shredder Cheddar by Hull-some Foods please reach out as I am looking to raise funding to support scaling up.

I am continuing to put samples of Shredder Cheddar into the hands of others. This past week there was an event in Pensacola called Foiling Week, where they were racing all foil sports. I thought that this would be an incredible opportunity to get in front of athletes through massage and nutrition. It was easy for me to work the croud. I saw some of the athletes congregating before their time trials, so I walked up to this group with samples of Shredder Cheddar. I simply started the conversation by introducing myself and asking if they would like to try it? I won them over with my pitch, and they said that they love cheese. With my entrepreneurial spirit I said yes to everything that day. I put myself in front of the foiling athletes to let them try Shredder Cheddar for the first time. I went to the races, and those athletes asked for it when they finished their races. I felt like I tapped into a strong market here. Shredder Cheddar stick packs are portable and convenient to put in their vests while they ride. They can eat Shredder Cheddar during their session or after for recovery. I received positive feedback after they ate it, and they didn’t experience any muscle cramping during their races. I heard some ask if they could be sponsored by Shredder Cheddar. I let them know that I will definitely keep that in mind, and yes they can be sponsored once I am ready for that. They took it upon themselves to post Shredder Cheddar on their social media so their followers could see Shredder Cheddar in their hands. I was able to cross post that on my social media to reach more followers so that they could see these pro athletes eating Shredder Cheddar. So awesome! The next day I left the samples at home and just brought the packs of Shredder Cheddar to sell. It sold itself; I simply walked around the beach with a tray of Shredder Cheddar stick packs and every time someone picked one up, another athlete would curiously inquire. I sold several Shredder Cheddar stick packs that day. Every time I met an athlete I had them connect with me on Instagram. Now, I have a way to stay connected, share updates, or even ask to sponsor. I love to see more athletes enjoying the positive benefits of the savory Shredder Cheddar. Hull-some Foods is progressing and definitely keeping the momentum going. Today I start an investment ready cohort through Oregon Entreprenurer Network. I know the information will be invaluable to Hull-some Foods. OEN is a wonderful resource for cohorts, pitching, and investors. I am so happy that I one of my advisors recommended I join last year.

I want to give a shout out to my friend Deanna Doane that completed the Florida Trail in 19 days
and has beat the record. She now holds the FKT for the Florida Trail of 1100 miles from Miami to Pensacola Beach! I had the honor to train with her in October, and pace her for 10 road miles within the last 114 miles of her push to the finish line. When I was running with her she showed no signs of slowing down and she was still so strong. I am so proud of her! She had so much determination and perseverance to finish in 19 days!. You can find her story on Instagram and Facebook. She is an inspiration to all. Congratulations Deanna Doane! Way to Power Your Potential!
I am excited to spring into March and see what is next for Hull-some Foods. Jump on board with us and enjoy the ride. Savor the journey!
